Ring doorbell doesnt work, i get to the ring wiif stage and it doesnt connect using a Samsung had it working for ages now it wont
Hi @user78384. Make sure your Ring Doorbell is within range of your wifi router. We recommend about 25 feet or less. Then try to walk through the setup process in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If you receive a particular error message during this process, try the troubleshooting steps here. Keep in mind that not every Ring device is compatible with a 5GHz network, so dual-band routers may need the bands split.
