Cameras stopped recording events

2 days ago all 5 cameras on my network suddenly stopper recording motion…I am receiving some notifications of motion but recordings not being saved.
I have reset my router 3 times but the same issue is occurring.
I have set 3 of them of on 4G, tethered to a mobile, and all three worked fine with all notifications being received and recordings saved as they were prior to the issues starting.
My bb provider are saying they can find no problems but the fact it is working on4G must show an issue somewhere on the broadband
Any one else had this issue please?
