Tried all the notification settings as suggested on Samsung Galaxy A52 s phone and the thing that worked for me was going to Apps and selecting Ring - Storage - delete data. Just deleting the cache does not work, but deleting both cache and data (pressing on the delete data button does both) solved the notifications problem for me.
