Gen 2 door bell won’t charge

My gen 2 door bell will not charge even after trying reset button? Just flashing blue ring? Had it flashing white too? But still only 5% charge?? In wall plug with normal cable I have used beforehand without issue

      I had that once, it turned out the device was too cold to charge. It actually took quite a while before it got warm enough to begin charging. Not convinced this is your problem, but thought I'd mention it anyway just in case.
