Alarm Base Station only amber light on lighting LED
troubleshooting

I was setting up my 2nd Gen Ring Alarm Base Station and initially selected WiFi during the setup process. Unfortunately, I encountered an error, so I attempted to connect via Ethernet instead, but that also failed. I then performed a reset on the base station, but now the only light that remains on is the amber LED at the back. I also tried removing and reinserting the internal battery, but that didn’t resolve the issue either. Is there a way to fully reset the base station so I can start the setup process from scratch?
