Wind chime noise without notification

Question

We were eating lunch in the kitchen and we both had our phones with us.  No other devices outside the kitchen were running the Ring app and I was not logged into Ring.com.  Yet we could hear the wind chime alert from some other room.  No notifications were received on either phone.  The history for all cameras and doorbell showed nothing.  So, the question is, what other Ring devices can make the wind chime noise?  I have the base station upstairs and the plug in chime (1st gen) in the living room.

Hi @u000tbm. The wind chime alert noise will only come from your phone's via the [app alert tone](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005889863-How-to-Use-Ring-App-Alert-Tones) or from the [Chime](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/214363386-Selecting-Chime-Tones-for-the-Ring-Chime) based on your settings. It will not play from the Base Station, as the Base Station only plays chirps from the Ring Alarm components. I'd recommend checking your devices and notification settings to see what you have everything set at.
