Download activity log

Question

Hey guys - I need to download an activity log from Ring to identify when people attended a property.  I want to go as far back as possible but rather than simply take shots of the log from the app I'd like something more formal.  Any ideas please?

Hi @deadorred. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001834066-Sharing-and-Downloading-Your-Ring-Videos) will show you how to download and share your Ring Videos. All of the videos are timestamped with the time that the event occurred. I hope this helps!
