Multiple sounds

Question

Every time we get a motion alert, the chime on our phones goes off three times back to back. It is happening on all devices with every motion. It used to only make one sound per event. Any suggestions?

Hi @KristinGray! The best first step here would be to ensure the Ring app is up to date, or removing and reinstalling the app on your mobile device. Keep in mind, the Base Station and Keypad can make alert sounds for Sensors as well. If you are still getting 3 motion notifications for one event, please ensure bluetooth and VPN are disabled.
