Have two alarm systems, self monitored and no paid plan. One allows arm/disarm but other is not allowing arm/disarm
troubleshooting
The one unit works fine. The other unit in another home is saying it can't arm/disarm because I don't have a plan. The settings for both are identical; no plan, self monitoring.Does anybody know a fix for this?The ring alarm is supposed to provide basic functionality without a paid plan.

Hi @user_e3e523. Arming your Ring Alarm System using the Ring app requires a Home Plan. If you are able to arm digitally without a plan, give our support team a call to look into this further with you.
