Camera not turning on
Fully charged the battery so all green and good to go However plug battery in lights up for a split second blue then camera turns off and cannot get it to flash blue when connecting to my system. Tried reset etc etc?

Was the doorbell hardwired or connected to some power supply. Then when charging and removing battery it disconnected the power supply. Ie loose wire or insufficient power? After you set up the doorbell, During chime set up via the app, You can select manual or automatically detect chime. That way the doorbell can decide how to work when battery is reinserted? I think its that. My hardware connection maybe faulty so whilst the battery was charging i disconnected it.
