Ring subscription cancelled, without any notice

On 24 July Ring deducted my 12-moth subscription from my bank account. Around 12 August I updated my old Ring Doorbell with a newer model. On 9 September, my Ring video recordings stopped. I have had no emails or notifications from Ring about this cancellation. I live in Australia and don't wish to contact Ring overseas by phone and chat is useless, just talking with an Ai. Any suggestions on what I should do would be very helpful.

I figured it out Subscription is tied to device. Disable old Ring Doorbell and remove from account. Ring will give a pro-rate rebate and you pay the remaining amount on new Ring Doorbell
