Hi @Ki4bkn. Typically, a sensor will drop offline for two reasons. If the battery is dead or if there is a weak signal. A weak signal can be caused by distance or interference. A great way to mend this could be by moving the Range Extender closer to your Base Station or relocating your Base Station. Also, when a sensor shows Tamper, it means that the cover on the sensor is not completely shut. I hope this information helps!
