Multiple scenarios
app-settings
cs-support
hardwired-battery-video-doorbell

How can multiple scenarios configured. There are only disarmed/home/away which are more less than required. And those cannot be finetuned at all (based on date, time, sensors). Also,i see no options for complex schedules which also a bare minimum. funny enough that these very-very basic options are missing

Hi @Waces. As of right now, you cannot create custom Modes to add to what is available already. As we value our neighbors' feedback, we've created a Feature Request board. Feel free to add this and any future feature requests there. This will help us to organize and share your requests with our teams here, as well as allow other neighbors to comment and add interest, all in one place. Feel free to link that post you make in the Feature Request board here so other neighbors that come to this thread can easily find your feature!

Was there anything from the feature board which was applied on the real product? It's a very basic feature so i'm surprised that not exists already. I'll add it to the board and move to a different but proper product as soon as my current subscription expires. Maybe come back when it's become a real product with at least the basic features

Hi @Waces. While you cannot add Modes to the Ring Alarm system, you can customize your existing Modes. You can learn more about this here. You can fine tune this by selecting what sensor is active during a specific mode, and by using a Ring Alarm Schedule. I hope this helps.

Tom: there are only three built in options are available which is way less than enough. Also the customization options are very basic and cannot build a flow based on date, time or any other variables. To be able to use the cameras or the motins sensors or not is very-very far from customization. Let me say a simple example. The alarm turns on on wednesday and thursday at 22:00. It alarms only if the windows sensors reports alert. From 00:00 it alarms if the front door sensor initiate the alert or if there is a motion at the front door but disable the motion sensor alert for the backdoor but turns on the light based on the motion on the flood cam. From 3:00 it alerts if thr backdoor sensor reports alarm but not for the motion sensor 1 but alarms for motion sensor 2. At 5:00 all cameras turns back it's motion sensors. how can it be done. And that's just one scenario, people usually creates more. Definetly more than the two built in (+unarmed)
