Issues signing up to assisted monitoring

I have a new plan and have been receiving an error when trying to sign up for assisted monitoring. This says "our system is experiencing a delay" and "our system can't process your information right now. Please try again" This has been the case for several days and is '"stuck" like this, i.e. keeps coming up when I press to try again.

    Hi @user_20c623. Please make sure your Ring app is fully updated to the latest version available from the app store. If you have a VPN enabled, turn this off when using the Ring app. You can also sign up for Assisted Monitoring on Ring.com by following the steps here. If this issue persists, please reach out to our support team at one of the numbers here, or on Facebook @Ring.

        once I changed my address in settings to my precise address instead of "at this location" it worked

        I'm having this issue also. spoke to customer support and no help - looks like i wont be able to set up monitoring which is the reason I purchased this system for my elderly parents!!
