Not working Ring Chime

Question

I've install the chime door bell that came with the ring door bell but it won't ring. I've checked the setup and connection to my WIFI and the verification indicates all is good but the chime will not ring when the door bell is pressed to the ring door bell, nor will it chime when motion detected?

Hi @user38047. You will want to double check that you have linked the Chime to your Doorbell. If that checks out, try power cycling your Chime by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. Lastly, reset your Chime by pressing and holding the button on the side for 15 seconds, then reconnect it to your wifi.
