Hi @cstew1990. What is the specific problem you are having? Is your Chime online? How far is it from your doorbell? Is this a first or second gen Chime Pro? Can you share a screenshot of the error you are receiving? We'd love to help, but we need a bit more information. Thanks, neighbor.

It’s not online.  I tried everything to connect it with the WiFi but front light on the chime doesn’t flash.  tried to reset it, didn’t work.  removed it from the power and reconnected after a while but no change.  I am unable to connect it to the WiFi.
