Second gen motion sensor broken tamper switch

Question

I have a second gen ring alarm system and it's great but I broke the tamper switch off my motion sensor. I opened it up and did a DIY fix by putting a end of a toothpick in the button and keeping it there with the blue tack. Tacky repair I know. Can I do anything like get a free new one or warranty or something?
