Hi, I replaced my old intercom system by the the Ring Doorbell pro. I could open my frontdoor remotely (with the old intercom system) I've bought a ring intercom to be able to open the frontdoor remotely. When installing the intercom via the app, the app asked for a brand /type intercom. Which

Tengo ring intercom y suena cuando tocan el timbre de un dpto de otro piso
Como dice el título, cuando tocan el timbre del dpto del primer piso suena en mi ring, pero no suena la campanilla del aparato en si, yo estoy en un cuarto piso
