No video at all

Question

I put in a ring doorbell 3. Was working great, until my free 30 days expired. Now the bell rings and alerts callers are here but no video of that caller at the time of calling. So I’m guessing it don’t work properly unless your paying a subscription? Which I really don’t need as I have CCTV and cameras all around the house.

Hi @user35849. The Ring Protect plan activates video recording for your Doorbell 3. Without a subscription, you should still be able to access the Live View in the Ring app. When you tap on the Live View, do you receive an error message of some sort?
