Hey @Johntue! It sounds like you've tried quite a bit to get this setup. I recommend trying a reset, by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. With the battery being fully charged, you should see lights on the front. If this does not improve operation, please reach out to our support team, at 800-656-1918, as they can troubleshoot more indepth.
Keep in mind that a 30 day period is usually in reference to a 3rd party retail store policy, whereas our limited device warranty is different. Check out our Warranty page to learn more. :)
