Hi neighbors! This should not be happening at the rate at which it seems to be. The first thing I recommend checking, is if there are any linked devices in your Ring app that might be triggering another to detect motion. Try also removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device.
Once complete, review the motion settings such as modes, zones, and people only mode to ensure they are set as desired. If this concern persists, try resetting your Video Doorbell by holding the setup button for 20 seconds, and performing a new setup in the Ring app. Feel free to let us know if this works! :)
