Device Tip: Connecting Chime/Chime Pro to Wi-FI

Question: What if my Chime/Chime Pro is having trouble connecting to my Wi-Fi router, even though I am entering everything correctly?

Answer: For Chime or Chime Pro unit’s that are struggling to connect to your Wi-Fi network. Please try connecting the unit to a network without any special characters in the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password. If the device is still unable to connect try setting the channel for your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network to Channel 6.
