ring doorbell 2 stops working until I take the battery in and out.

Ring doorbell 2 stops working occasionally. Can not press the call button, or see live view. When I take the battery in and out, everything works fine again.
Has good wifi, no changes with cables or anything else.

Hi @Heine! In addition to the steps you’ve covered, I recommend also checking the battery level. Removing and reinserting the battery is the process of power cycle, and is a great step to resolving any operational concerns. The cause of these concerns can be related to network, power, mobile device, or even environmental factors.
