live view takes time to load or fail to load.

The live view of the ring pro takes time to open, most of the time people are already gone before I am able to see the live view. The video is recorded and stored properly afterward, so the recording is working but live view NOT.

I have also a ring flodlight cam which is installed far a way from the modem (respect to the ringpro, which is just 2 meter from the modem), and with the cam live view works perfectly so its not a newtowrk issue.

Can you please let me know how to fix this?
