As the title says, I want to know if the chime (gen2) in compatible with the gen1 doorbell. My gen1 chime has stopped working and I cannot find a replacement instore.

Great question @Klard! Our Chime and Chime Pro devices are compatible with all of our Doorbells and Cams. The differences in generation should not prevent one from working with another. I hope this helps!
