I already have a doorbell ringer but it doesn’t ring to my cell phone
Hi @buggyn63. Can you clarify what model of Ring Doorbell you have, as well as provide a few more details on what you’re experiencing? Are you not receiving notifications to your phone when the Ring Doorbell button is pressed? If so, what make and model of smarpthone do you have? I’d be happy to offer some helpful suggestions once I know more about what’s happening.

I can’t see video or nor I get the sound of the ring on my phone.

I charged the battery and it still says that it’s dead
@buggyn63 Thanks for letting me know. You’ll want to make sure you fully charge the battery first, which can take up to 8 hours. After the battery is fully charged, try performing a reset on the Doorbell and then walking through a new setup to refresh its connection with the Ring App and with your home wifi network. To reset the Doorbell, you’ll want to hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s done, you can walk through a new setup in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device.
