Hi, I recently bought a batch of Ex demonstration Ring doorbells. 2 of them are still registered on the ring system still so can’t be installed. I have the entire install kit including the matching retail boxes with the matching serial numbers and mac addresses.
I understand that Ring may be able to contact the registered owner shop etc and get them deregistered. Who do I contact and how please?
I have spoken to the seller, and he purchased them as part of a job lot when a shop closed down. If that helps at all

Thankyou for your help, I spoke to a colleage at Ring yesterday and after confirming my credentials and ownership, my request has been passed to a specialist team. With some luck, the team will get back to me within 3 working days
I love the professional way this company works, some others could learn a lot from Ring on how to do customer support
