need to change the ownership to my father from his deceased brother. how do I go about getting this done
If you still have access of the main Ring app where the device is being set up originally, you’ll just need to delete it. On the device is deleted from the main Ring app, you can then set it up on a different Ring account. If you do not have the access to the main Ring account, you’ll need to contact Ring support.
