Just purchased the ring doorbell pro and it has worked great for about 3 weeks. Then one day it lost Internet connection. I reset this and the doorbell came back online and worked for about 5mins, it then drops the WiFi signal again connection is lost and I have to repeat this process again. Same result everytime. I have tried resetting the device, even uninstalling and reinstalling again with the same end result. Works for 5mins then quits again.
Hey @Woosh. This could be a concern with poor to the device, or potentially the ports and protocols on your router that are not allowing the Ring device to stay connected. I recommend checking out this Help Center Article to double check the power the device is getting, and you may need to be in contact with your ISP to adjust the ports as so.
