How do I find out which model Ring doorbell I have? Ring 1, Gen 2, Ring 2 etc?
Hey @SIMJAMNZ. The model name on the back of the Doorbell will tell you which model of Doorbell you have. Based on the photo you attached, it looks like you have the Ring Video Doorbell rather than the 2nd Gen or the Doorbell 2. I hope that helps!
