Everytime the neighnors dog walks past my doorbell, he sets off the motion detector, but all the video is whited out. It’s like a very bright light is shining on the camera lens while he is in the picture. Help!! What can cause this?
Hey @jdallen55. Could you share with us what this video looks like? It’s possible something from the dog’s collar or leash is reflecting from the sun.
