Hi @Cathy1291! Introducing a Ring device to a new environment can sometimes require some trial and error to optimize operation. As each environment varies from another, I recommend checking out all motion settings in the Ring app to see if any adjustments can be made.
New environments also mean new networks. Please ensure the wifi signal is sufficient and not indicating any interference, as interference can drain battery and delay event functionality, like motion detection.
