Hi, is it possible to sideload the previous firmware? My wifi signal changed from very strong to weak after the update (1st generation doorbell). Thanks for your help.
Hey @Monicap. There is not a way to go back in a firmware, but it’s possible that the Doorbell is having a hard time connecting to your router now. Could you try resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds? After that, ding the Doorbell to make it check in and then check your Device Health. If that doesn’t work well, you can look at improving your signal in other ways though, like improving your RSSI! What is the RSSI for your device? You can learn more about RSSI and what it means here.
