When I talk to someone at my door, they can barley hear me, but I can hear them just fine on my IOS phone. Is there anyway to turn the volume up at the doorbell so that visitors can hear me?

Hey @TCW! That sounds like speaker volume, or microphone pick up from the app/ mobile device. I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as disabling bluetooth and closing any other apps in the background to see if audio at the Doorbell improves.
Audio is similar to video in the way they can be affected by wifi signal strength. Please check your Doorbell’s Device Health in the app to ensure it’s RSSI is sufficient for clear audio and video. Let me know how this goes!
