Why does my Ring video have a black ring around it when other people’s video doesn’t?

Hi @ccattron. What you are seeing there is the lens outline. This does not hinder the image or view as your Doorbell is still capturing it’s160° horizontal, 90° vertical field of view.
This is normal to see on Doorbells, however, lens field of view does differ by device model. I hope this helps!
