Hi there, I have a problem that as soon as I installed video ring door bell and connected electricity the chime didn’t stop working although the button not jammed, if anyone knows what would be wrong there, the chime mechanical 220 v
Hey @Mohammed88nashat! A constantly ringing chime kit can be caused by various things. The first thing I would check is that no diode is used and the transformer/ power supply is rated for 8v - 24v AC power. Please confirm which model Video Doorbell you have, and I’ll be happy to assist further.
