I’ve had a Rind Video Doorbell Pro since 2016. Have they upgraded components since then? When somebody presses the button my phone will ring but I can’t always connect to the video so it’s kind of pointless for that. I contacted Ring before and they blamed it on my wireless router distance but I have a mesh system and an access point was right by my front door so it’s not that. Wondering if I should replace it.
