I was charging my first generation Ring Video Doorbell that I brought from Amazon on 4/28/2019. I was using the orange chord as I have done previously. The video doorbell is dead how can I get it serviced?
How long did you have it charging, @Harmd ? I noticed the other day mine wouldn’t charge but turns out my socket it was plugged into was faulty. Worked once I tried another outlet. Have you tried that? Let me know!
