I upgraded my device and I want to cancel out the old device so I can scan the new one how do I do that
Hey @Sicccosfv. You will need to remove the old device from your account in the Ring app first, and then set up the second device as you did the first. To remove the device, go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Devices > Device to remove > Device Settings > General Settings > Remove This Device. Once removed, then go back into the Main Menu and tap on Set up a Device to walk through a setup of your new device.
