I am seeing a red number 2 in a circle on my ring app. What does that mean and is there a way to clear this. Thanks

It means you have 2 notifications. On Android, long press the icon. The notification should be seen. Just tap it to open. You can also swipe it away. There should also be a notification on the top drop down as well if the phone is set by default.
