I try to use the option, via the Ring app, to turn off “Motion Alerts”. However, it seems that that only applies to alerts on my phone and not the Amazon devices. Is there an option, via the Ring App, to temporarily disable the motion notifications on EVERY device?
Hi @j2cagle. There is not a way to disable Alexa alerts through the Ring app as this time, as disabling Motion Alerts in the Ring app only disables them on your phone. In order to disable them from your Amazon devices, you will need to select them in the Alexa app and turn on notifications from there. Just select- Devices > Cameras > (Ring Device) > Motion Announcements in the Alexa app to do this.
