Anyone experience a loud screeching sound suddenly coming from my doorbell pro.
I had to cutoff my power in order to stop it. When I look back at the record it was mute.

Doorbell works fine for motion and to ring. Once I click on the green phone icon to speak to the person there I get screeching/squawking at both ends. This happens on my Macbook Air and on my iPhone and outside at the doorbell. If I playback the recording it is there too. Does anyone have any ideas about how to make it work properly? It has always worked before and has just started doing this. I did replace the battery yesterday, could this be the issue???
Hi @sleeknchic! If the battery is the only recent change before this happened, try removing it and re-inserting it to see if this helps. Please also ensure the battery is fully charged. If this concern persists, try performing a reset on the Doorbell by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
