My Ring doorbell has very loud choppy static in live mode as well as in recorded videos. I have made sure I have the most updated version of the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It did not do this when I first got it.
Hi @Pkg. Audio issues during Live View are often related to network problems. First, try to reboot your internet router by unplugging it for 3 minutes, and then plugging it back in.
