I have a new Ring pro. I have snapshot enabled but I can view them. Its says footage not available. Everything else works fine, motion, ring, live view.

Hi, @Mb139! Have you tried removing the Ring app, rebooting your phone (turning it off/on), and then reinstalling the app? This may resolve your concern with the snapshots not showing up, but if you continue to run into this, please give our support team a call at 1-800-656-1918.

No, the suggested steps didn’t fix it. I ended up calling support to get it fixed. Good luck!
