Setup will not complete

Chime connection will not complete. It continues to only say “something when wrong”?

I have the wires connected and it show more battery power than when I installed it so it must be charging.

Hi @Kurt_Melissa. Please try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone to clear the cache, and reinstalling the Ring App. After that, you should be able to complete the setup process without error. :slight_smile:

thanks for the suggestion. So tonight I tried to complete the setup and it worked the first time. the only thing I can see that changed was that the battery is 90% full vs when I was trying before it was only at 27%.

the app is working well now.
