Pushing orange button does not light ring around doorbell button nor does the ring WiFi option come up?
Hi @Kevin80! If pressing the setup button does not result in a response or proper LED patterns from the Doorbell, the best first step will be to check power resources. If battery powered, please charge for several hours. If it is a Doorbell Pro, please check power from the transformer is sufficient for operation, and all wires are connected properly.
