Setting Up Video Doorbell on Desktop

Hello there! Has anyone set up the video doorbell NOT using their smartphone? I want to set this up using our desktops in our business office, but ALL the instructions are for your smartphone and scanning the QR code… Help please! Is it just not capable to do on a desktop? Did we purchase an inusable product for our purposes!?

Hey @MG_Ascent. The Doorbell can only be setup from the Ring mobile app, but if you’re able to log into the Ring account it should be under on a phone, set up the device, then you should be able to view it from the desktop app and website. Hope this helps! :slight_smile:
