I’m trying to do the initial set up. The white light is spinning and will not connect with the wifi. No router issues.
Hi @Crackermama, at what part during the setup are you running into this concern? If you could please attach a screenshot of the error message you get, or where you are stuck in the setup. This will help the neighbors in the Community assist you with your setup. Additionally, please let us know what Ring device you have.
