I have purchased the ring doorbell I have had a message saying the 30 day free trial has expired and now I have to pay a subscription to keep connected, is this correct as it was mentioned in any of the paperwork that came with it.
Hey @sanhugh. You do need a Ring Protect Plan in order to see any recorded video history from your Ring device. You can learn more about the plans in our Help Center Article here. You should see be able to see the Live View when you need to on your Ring device, but will not have any access to your recorded history.
