Got an email to tell me to charge the doorbell. A few days later we took it off the base unit and brought it in to charge. It wouldn’t connect to the orange wire and when I tried a different micro usb it just flashes in almost a Morse code and refuses to charge. I’ve tried re setting it but it does nothing but flash … tried to upload a video but wouldn’t let me
